MAKE PEACE IN D.R. CONGO

ANTOINE-MUSANGANYA MAKE EFFORTS TO FIND A PEACE FRAMEWORK, AN ESSENTIAL LEVER FOR REBUILDING THE COUNTRY AND ENSURING THE EMERGENCE OF THE DR. CONGO August 11, 2025 The DR. Congo faces several political, security, monetary, economic, and social challenges. The Congolese government, in order to establish the greatness of the State and ensure stability on the economic and security level, has concluded generally vital and essential agreements to initiate development and ensure the emergence of a State long torn apart by the economic war which was long and painful causing the devastation of the DRC. including the annihilation of the State, the collapse of the Congolese State and the inalation of the Nation or the country would run the danger of balkanization, distribution and cession with negative consequences the perpetration of a genocide, the GENOCOST or genocide committed for economic purposes with 6 million Congolese considered dead. The DRC is considered an open-air prison, the eastern part of the country occupied by the rebel movements can be described as a death camp; Abuses, including summary executions, mass killings, massacres, and targeted assassinations, can be likened to a butchery, because the armed groups operating on Congolese soil, including the M23 and Mobondo, have been found guilty of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. Foreign troops supporting the rebel movements are also responsible for abuses and serious crimes that violate human rights; they are thus found guilty of genocide. The M23, the main armed group still active in eastern DRC, is waging a war of purification, perpetuating violations of the population, lynching, ethnic cleansing, rape, summary abuses, and the plundering of resources on behalf of Rwanda. The M23 is waging a pointless war that has led to community clashes. The M23 war is not being sustained because the rebel movement does not have the strike force to conquer the entire Congolese territory. One wonders if the March 23 Movement is seeking to overthrow which regime maintains an undemocratic governance because the regime of Felix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO is legitimate and the result of free, transparent and democratic elections. But there is a cloud of hope because the Washington process and the Doha peace agreements in Qatar have led to the establishment of a just peace and an end to the Congolese war and poses a development perspective to rebuild the country and ensure the emergence of the D.R. Congo.
